While Blazer is arguably best known for their aluminum cased ammunition (which is excellent, by the way), they’re no stranger to working with brass as well. This 22 LR ammo is going to give you a lot of bang for your buck, if not just because of the massive quantity it’s available in — with 5,250 rounds in this case alone, you could fire one shot every day for the next 14 years (plus an extra shot on holidays). Their non-corrosive rimfire primers mean you could actually do that if you liked!
We expect you’ll enjoy these rounds too much to sit on them for that long, though. They’re very accurate thanks both to their fast 1,235 fps muzzle velocity as well as the streamlined meplats of their 38 grain lead round nose projectiles. Such a bullet delivers good impact energy, even for its relatively light weight, and its ability to deform during penetration suits it as well for varmint control as it does for plinking and target practice.
