This .22 LR ammunition from CCI is an excellent target load that delivers superior accuracy for high precision shooting. Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a 40 grain solid lead bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,070 feet per second. By avoiding the sound barrier, these rounds maintain a higher degree of accuracy than supersonic .22 LR ammunition. They also work well with suppressors, which cannot mitigate the “crack” of the bullet going supersonic.
