How is this ammo optimized for an SBR? It’s all about the propellant, which is formulated to burn at an extra fast rate without sacrificing accuracy or generating excessive recoil. Because the propellant combusts completely before the bullet exits a barrel as short as 10.5” in length, it virtually eliminates bright muzzle flash that could blind you when you fire in the dark. Hornady’s InterLock bullet is a fine piece of engineering in its own right.
