A very simple design philosophy applies to this versatile 9×19 range round especially when you look at it as a function testing and range target practice round first and foremost. Obviously the cost is a huge factor in the purchase decision for an ammunition like this, and on that front this offers some of the best pricing in the industry, for a proven reliable, factory new ammunition made by a major producer like Prvi Partizan. It is slightly higher in price that other range/target only rounds, but does offer some benefits beyond the range: especially given the jacketed hollow point projectile design.

A 147 grain projectile, with a very reliably feeding bullet design and the potential for better expansion/deformation, this round bridges the gap between a true range round and a true defensive round. The option for carrying what you regularly shoot (and you may choose this as a regular range round due to its great price point and good component selection), makes a lot of sense in this price range. Additionally, the ability for this ammunition to shoot reliably out of most 9mm firearms, including factory new, firearms that have not yet been broken in properly, gives it a distinct advantage over many dedicated defensive rounds, especially the most aggressive proj3ctile designs.
