This is a case of 200 rounds of ammunition by Remington in their familiar green and yellow boxes for the Core-Lokt line of hunting ammunition. For the price you’d be hard pressed to find a better performing round. More than that, for the price point you’d be hard-pressed to find a more proven round. Such a cartridge likely does not exist. This is the go-to round for many thousands of hunters, for many decades. The Core-Lokt line of projectiles offers great grain weight retention for the projectile upon impact and is likely the cause of death for more game animals than any other single brand line in history. It simply has been the de-facto standard for so long.

With the introduction of many pretenders to the throne, the Remington has slid a bit on sales relative to the broader market but still is well remembered and offers parity on a performance level with the others on the market. It continues to sell through in most calibers in that all too familiar green and yellow box. This is the .30-06 Springfield load from the Core-Lokt line that offers a 150 grain lead based projectile with a bonded, pointed soft point bullet that has proven deformation, penetration and terminal ballistics.
