There are more accurate cartridges than the 308 Win – but there are few 308 Win cartridges more accurate than this. Black Hills, which also produces match grade 5.56×45 for all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, loads these rounds with Hornady’s revolutionary ELD Match bullets!

The ELD Match has it all: an Advanced Manufacturing Process jacket with virtually zero concentricity flaws, a perfectly distributed lead core, a ballistically efficient secant ogive jacket profile, and a boat tail which turns up its G1 BC to 0.470 (G7 0.236). But the key to the ELD Match’s intensely standardized ballistic performance is its Heat Shield tip, which is made of immutable polymer. No degree of aerodynamic heating can spoil this bullet’s meplat!

Black Hills treats the ELD Match with the respect it deserves. They pair each one of Hornady’s tack drivers with a select reloadable brass case, meticulously weighed charge of clean-burning powder, and match grade Boxer primer. Only after a Gold label cartridge has passed intensive hand inspection can it leave Black Hills’ South Dakotan factory.
