This 45 ACP cartridge features Speer’s 230 grain total metal jacket projectile. The TMJ’s jacket totally encapsulates its solid lead core, which prohibits ignition from evaporating any of the toxic metal. Loaded to a muzzle velocity of 845 fps, this round closely mimics the recoil and ballistic performance of comparable self-defense cartridges.

This cartridge also features Speer’s proprietary Clean-Fire primer. It utilizes neither lead, antimony nor barium while providing surefire ignition, so you can keep the air surrounding you even more pure after you’ve pulled the trigger. This ammo’s bullets and primers may be special, but its new brass cases are otherwise normal and reloadable. A must for shooters who spend a lot of time in indoor ranges!
