The latest evolution in our semi-automatic shotgun line, pistol cz shadow 2 compact,  the 1012, uses a gas-less inertia operating system. Instead of redirecting gas from the barrel to run the action, the 1012 uses a spring within the bolt to store energy during the shotgun recoil, spending this energy a split second later to rotate and unlock the twin lugs from the barrel extension and withdraw the spent shell.

Additionally, the gas-less system tuned to run a wider variety of shells from light-recoiling target loads up to the 3″ magnums currently on the market. We’ve actively searched out the shells that it doesn’t like to cycle, and so far, the limit on too light is the Winchester Featherlite (23/25 oz at 980 fps) and too hot is Remington HyperSonic (1 1/4 oz at 1700 fps). That means the 1012 will readily digest most shotshells on the market. Features an 8mm flat vent rib with a 14 1/2″ length of pull.

How do I start the return process?

• Log in to your https://multigunshop.com account and locate and click on the “Request Return” link.
• A Multi-Gun Shop agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued.
• All products need to be in new and original manufacturer’s condition.
• As an alternate method, you can send an email to Support@multigunshop.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.

When will I get my credit or return?

• Most returns fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the credit to appear in your account. Most items in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but it may take longer, depending on availability.
• Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase. If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.

What about damaged/incorrect items?

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Multi-Gun Shop will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Multi-Gun Shop will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

• If a Multi-Gun Shop error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
