Don’t let its XM193 designation trick you into thinking this ammo is fancy or specialized. It’s the same stuff our Army issues for training and field use (the X means it’s made specifically for the civilian market). This round’s 55 grain bullet and 3,165 fps muzzle velocity both hit the sweet spot for target practice. The full metal jacket feeds freely and flies true, and it’s compliant at ranges which prohibit magnetic ammo.
This is new ammo – not old stuff – complete with noncorrosive Boxer primers and virgin brass cases. Are those cases reloadable? You bet! Are those cases previously fired? Not at all! Military-grade brass isn’t polished at the factory, but that doesn’t affect its performance in any perceivable way.
