This shell is loaded with a full 1-1/8 ounce payload of #7.5 shot, and it moves that pile of 0.095” diameter pellets to a velocity of 1,200 fps. The 3 dram equivalent shell may be classified as heavy, but Winchester’s hinged AA wad and even-burning powder will both make sure recoil is not too forceful for you. These target crackers are armed with very hard lead shot pellets, which are cushioned during ignition by their wad. These two attributes ensure that each pattern is satisfactorily narrow and effective for smashing discs to smithereens.

Winchester’s primers and powder will deposit neither corrosive nor excessive residues inside of your shotgun. These rounds’ high-quality low-brass hulls are smooth enough to feed and eject smoothly – and they are certainly robust enough to be reloaded more than once!
