This Mexican-made ammo is loaded with standard weight 40 grain bullets, with just enough clean-burning powder to attain supersonic muzzle velocity out of a rifle-length barrel. The CPRN’s copper plating helps to keep the bullet’s core from depositing lead residue in the rifling, thus preserving accuracy, and its ergonomic round nose profile feeds very efficiently. This is a solid point bullet: incapable of terminal expansion, yet still thoroughly lethal to the smallest critters.
