This 7.62x54mmR cartridge by Prvi Partizan sports a 182 grain full metal jacket boat tail projectile. Its full metal jacket gives this bullet great penetration, and will additionally preserve your bore against the deleterious effects of rapid lead residue accumulation. This bullet’s boat tail shape not only grants it some resistance against the effects of cross winds, but also increases its accuracy and as the result its ballistic coefficient as well. A nice little side effect of the bullet’s tapered base is that it makes the cartridge easier to assemble, and thus less likely to incur little nicks and scratches that would have harmed its in-flight performance nonetheless.
