Take this 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge for instance, with its brass casing which has been specially selected for the uniformity of its weight, capacity, and wall thickness, guaranteeing both consistent performance and its ability to be reloaded multiple times. Its Boxer primer is as sensitive as can reasonably be and non-corrosive to boot, so it will keep your rifle’s action safe from accumulating caustic salts and residues. Its propellant is clean burning and precisely weighed to reliably deliver a fast 2,695 fps muzzle velocity. Nothing’s quite so important as the bullet, of course, and this round doesn’t disappoint with its 147 grain ELD Match projectile. The ELD Match features a secant ogive profile which streamlines its entire form, as well as a Heat Shield tip which is immune to the effects of aerodynamic heating so that it may always maintain its perfectly pointed meplat. This bullet further features a highly concentric AMP jacket and boat tail design, so in the end its ballistic coefficient is simply staggering. The ELD Match is absolutely indispensable if you’re in search of tack driving accuracy.
