This round’s 230 grain jacketed hollow point bullet has three secret weapons of its own. First, the JHP’s jacket is made of brass (hence the B in BJHP), a significantly harder metal than copper and accordingly more durable. Second, its jacket is hot-bonded right to the JHP’s lead core, which further ensures the bullet remains fully intact as it tunnels straight to a threat’s viral organs. Third, the Golden Saber Bonded bullet’s jacket features deep, symmetrical serrations. These deliberately weaken the jacket so it can spread out and expand more reliably.
