Remington’s beloved Core-Lokt is not obsolete – it’s just gotten a whole lot better. This 308 Win cartridge by Remington features the 150 grain Core-Lokt Tipped projectile, which supplies razor-sharp long-range accuracy and the authoritative terminal ballistics which’ll anchor any buck right where it stands.

The Core-Lokt Tipped’s most obvious improvement is its big green polymer tip. It improves the bullet’s long-distance ballistics (0.415 G1 BC) and initiates devastating terminal expansion by slamming deep down into the lead core’s nose cavity on impact. The bullet’s match grade copper jacket tapers off to a low-drag boat tail, and its entire center of gravity is adjusted toward its rear to enhance accuracy even further.

Like its predecessor, the Core-Lokt Tipped’s jacket is mechanically locked to its lead core. That keeps the two components firmly rooted together, thus assuring they retain their combined weight and conserve the momentum which deep penetration demands.
