This cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain bullet – spot on for what you’d want when you’re rocking a 1:9” barrel. The high-quality FMJ features a super-concentric gilding metal jacket and voidless lead core, so it remains gyroscopically stable very far downrange, and its sleek overall profile cuts down on air resistance. If you’re new to the science of bullets, just make sure you understand that the FMJ is incapable of terminal expansion and as such is less than ideal for hunting applications.
