This 5.56x45mm (5.56 NATO) cartridge by PMC offers a lot to make it special. Its 55 grain bullet sports a full metal jacket, so you could conceivably fire all 1,000 rounds in this order without having to pause to clean your bore for your grouping’s sake. The bullet has a boat tail design, the tapered base of which improves accuracy along with its ballistic coefficient, as well as helping to protect its flight path against cross winds. Its non-corrosive Boxer primed casing is reloadable. Finally, the order comes sealed in a water resistant battle pack, so it’s suitable for hunting, camping, or use in environments where moisture would otherwise harm the integrity of your ammunition. (Don’t test to see if it floats, though.)
