This 45 ACP target shooting and plinking ammunition is manufactured by Armscor, which was founded in the Philippines in 1905 and today is world-famous for the quality of their guns and ammo. Each cartridge is loaded with a 230 grain bullet and enough powder to give it a 849 fps muzzle velocity. That’s exactly the kind of performance a 1911 likes, but any 45 Auto handgun or carbine should gobble these rounds down just fine.
Armscor makes great components! These rounds’ non-expanding full metal jacket projectiles don’t do anything fancier than seek out and hit their targets, but they do not contain any magnetic steel that could have gotten them banned from your favorite range. This ammo’s brass cases are brand new and reloadable, and any firing pin should prove perfectly capable of lighting up all 100 non-corrosive Boxer primers in this box.
