The original CCI Mini-Mag is one of the most iconic and sought after .22 Long Rifle cartridges. The 40 grain Copper-Plated Round Nose bullet is a high-velocity round with a muzzle velocity of 1235 feet per second. Whether you are new to 22 LR, or a life-long fan, CCI Mini-Mag is one of the most reliable .22 LR cartridges at a very reasonable price. It has wide mass appeal, packaged in the recognizable plastic tray of 100 rounds. While this is not match-grade ammo, CCI is extremely proud of the Mini-Mag brand and knows what it means to so many plinkers. They know that Mini-Mag is often the exclusive choice for many shooters for trusty target ammo, so they load it to very precise specifications that other promo rounds would not meet.
The Mini-Mag line debuted in 1963. While some .22s have issues with certain Lead Round Nosed rounds, the CPRN has proven to feed more reliably and helped with the popularity of the brand. Traditional packaging for 22 LR is a 50-round box, but CCI decided to test out plastic packaging to allow the buyer to see what they were going to get.
