That’s what we call “fair condition” — not “good condition,” and by no stretch of the imagination “new.” We chose that particular specimen as an example of the most abused ammo can that “fair condition” encompasses. This is the genuine article: a military surplus M2A1 ammo can, designed to hold 50 BMG rounds but perfectly capable of storing and transporting anything else. We seriously doubt that this can ever held 410 Bore ammo during its stint in the Army, but now in its retirement it would be more than happy to.
