This cartridge’s 168 grain projectile is an open tip. Don’t mistake it for a hunting bullet! The nose cavity does not produce any terminal expansion; it’s just evidence that the bullet’s jacket was created first and subsequently filled with molten lead. The bullet’s evenly distributed solid lead core is enveloped by a thin and concentric jacket, complete with a flat base that provides a nicely uniform surface for propellant gasses to push against. Expect the 0.332 G1 BC that translates to -9.7” drop at 300 yards after clearing a 200-yard zero!
