Cheap steel target ammo for your 12 gauge shotgun that offers good performance and is clearly aware of its need to step up the game to meet the performance of the lead based shotshells it’s replacing. That is clear through the enhanced pellet cup size (which is 1 1/8 ounce, which gives a larger amount of shot for a better pattern and density. It is also clear through the enhanced shot size of 7 compared to the normal #8, #8.5 or #9 shot that would ordinarily be present. This gives again, a denser pattern with a harder hitting truer flying steel shot that needs the extra per pellet weight to match the density of the lead its replacing.

The increased velocity is nice too, to help the steel shot get out further faster, so that the impact on clays or small game is better; before it loses steam to the drag imposed by the wind and environmental conditions. This shell is used in 12 gauge 2 ¾” chambers and is suitable for use on small birds, squirrel, rabbit, and all sorts of sporting shotgun shooting including clays.
